Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we invite you to reach out to our team for assistance with 14 days after the delivery of product , and we will evaluate every return request with care and consideration.

If your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. That the refund will be manually processed,and you will need to provide your bank account details for the transfer,which will be completed via NEFT bank transfer. Additionally,a courier charges, based on the size of the product,will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount before processing.

Please note that the condition of items returned will be taken into account, and we encourage customers to review their purchase before proceeding with a return. Additionally, items that were marked as final sale are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding of this process, as we aim to maintain high standards for our products.
